So you ll see, the touch of your hand makes me weak, and if i fell under the spell
and if i fell under the spell
I ve got to say no no all or nothing at all, and my heart may go dizzy and fall
No i rather have nothing at all, or nothing at all
The kiss in your eyes, the touch of your hand makes me weak
Something that might have been, and my heart may go dizzy and fall, no i rather have nothing at all
never appeal to me if your heart never could heal to me then i rather have nothing at all
And my heart may go dizzy and fall, the kiss in your eyes
Why begin then cry for, there is no in between
Or nothing at all, or nothing at all
So please don t bring your lips, so you ll see
the kiss in your eyes
Of your call, and if i fell under the spell
I ve got to say no no all or nothing at all, and my heart may go dizzy and fall
I ve got to say no no all or nothing at all, the kiss in your eyes
why begin then cry for
Something that might have been, the touch of your hand makes me weak
If it s love, never appeal to me if your heart never could heal to me then i rather have nothing at all
Of your call, of your call or, all or nothing at all
No i rather have nothing at all, why begin then cry for
So close to my cheek, so you ll see
no i rather have nothing at all
The kiss in your eyes, no i rather have nothing at all Nothing, so don t smile or i ll be lost
So you ll see, so close to my cheek, and if i fell under the spell
Why begin then cry for, i would be caught in the undertoe, never appeal to me if your heart never could heal to me then i rather have nothing at all
The touch of your hand makes me weak, the kiss in your eyes, the kiss in your eyes
the touch of your hand makes me weak
Well, those people who give thumbs down have NO appreciation for music. Fact is, these early singers were the founding members of what would later be rock'n'roll. Grunge, heavy metal, glam rock and the list goes on were all born out of the blues. So, instead of being ignorant, maybe you should thank them for whatever music you do listen to.
Amazing song, this is just a very classic. I've been listening Jazz since I was 12 or 13, and Billie was the first jazz female vocal that I listened and I really Love her since that moment; my grandpa gift me a Wynton marsalis LP and we usted to listen for hours jazz and blues classic albums.
I agree with all of the people that realize Billie Holiday's true talent. Her skills with a jazz piece were the learning grounds for many female black artists to follow. She felt everything she sang and lived the life. What a sound.
("She told me", the next sentence): "Your love is like no other
, I want when we're together!" - for this message (from you, my love) I've a deaf old witness..! Psst, to loving each other, always the best way (already)! Z.
this is true talent. I'm a bit saddened when I hear her voice because this is real.she gave and give u life thru her voice and song. nowadays people rely on auto tune and nakedness.this is the real deal. she is the real deal. as so r the others in this era. I feel as tho I was born back then a lot of times. I connect so much to this era
All or nothing at all, half love never appealed to me
If your heart never could yield to me, then I'd rather have nothing at all
All or nothing at all, if it's love, there is no in between
Why begin, then cry for something that might have been? No, I rather have nothing at all
But, please, don't bring your lips so close to my cheek
Don't smile or I'll be lost beyond recall
The kiss in your eyes, the touch of your hand makes me weak
And my heart may grow dizzy and fall
And if I fell under the spell of your call, I would be caught in the undertow
So, you see, I've got to say, “No, no. All or nothing at all."
