I thought "I only have eyes for you" was my FAVE Flamingos song until i discovered this one about 10 yrs ago!!! Words cannot express how much I love this song...the words, the singing...the haunting high parts...superb!!!!!

I'm sorry, but for me every one of their songs seems to be my favorite. That's just how it is. Many years ago I had a beautiful girlfriend with whom I danced all night with to this group. There's nothing like them. Thank you for sharing, Josue.

This song, which I first heard back in August, 1960, was my favorite song at the time. I thought it was going to be a huge hit; overpowering "I Only Have Eyes For You." Unfortunately it didn't hit. However, this was one of their truly best recording. I still play my recording of it to this day.

I was eight ears old when this came out, and my sister danced on Dick Clark's American Bandstand in Philadelphia. I was too young for pimples, but man could I move to the smooth beat of The Flamingos. What a sound that sways me to this day.
