There's a trapdoor to my heart Space elevator to the moon Never feel you're getting far The hero of today's a drunken fool Brother don't you cry Said it's gonna be alright I'll meet you on the other side Remember when you were just young? Pickin' apples off a tree Before your world truly begun Took some time to find your feet Diving through a ray of sun Was enough to live in June I thought of you as I drove home All the things that we had been through Brother don't you cry Said it's gonna be alright I'll meet you on the other side Said it's gonna be alright Brother don't you cry Said it's gonna be alright I'll meet you on the other side Said it's gonna be alright There's a trapdoor to my heart Space elevator to the moon Never feel you're getting far The hero of today's a drunken fool Diving through a ray of sun Was enough to live in June I thought of you as I drove home All the things that we had been through Said it's gonna be alright Said it's gonna be alright Said it's gonna be alright Said it's gonna be alright

Its like I just found a treasure trove of gold!! Loving this band and everything they stand for. Just turn it up as loud as possible. It takes you to another place. So unique so brilliant.

I went to see these guys on a whim a few years ago in a small pub in Dun laoghaire , Dublin. I didn't really know much of their music at the time,, but after that I bought all their albums. Very underrated band. The music is deceptively complex & Liam has a lovely soulful voice.

Love the new sound guys, can't wait for the new album and will catch the Glasgow gig. It's quite poignant too, lost a great talent when Gary of the Lapelles passed away recently and this song reminds me (in a good way) of him. It's been a great journey since those early EP's on myspace but every album gets better and better!

One of my favorites. Just the right amount of synth, and good rhythm.
