Brings tears to my eyes this song. Throwing the lino down & practicing for hours on end without a care in the world, real bboying. Newcleus were way way ahead of their time, never did get the props they deserved. Always rocked out to their music & still rock Newcleus. Got their second album also on cd.
I heard this record for the first time from my Dad back when I was 5. I see why my mom loved this record everytime she was riding down on the highway. The vibe to this record is smooth, and everytime I hear this I think of my Dad (See you on judgement day ole man)
I can't believe this never got played on "Miami Vice" as it sounds like something we would've heard on it. Newcleus was the greats. Early Rap Pioneers.
