A group of us were having some drinks, playing music, and I decided to put this on. Not because I cared if anyone was interested but I wanted to hear it. Instantly everyone was enjoying it. Like King said, music is made for everybody to enjoy, and a musicians job is to put a smile on the listeners face. Such a great man, and so much feeling in his playing and singing. I miss him! R.I.P King.

I met BB King in 1996 at his book signing what a great guy .I have an autograph copy of his book . I told him I loved his music and he shook my hand he smiled and said thank you .I couldn't talk to him long because there was a long line of people waiting to see him but that meeting was something I will always remember for rest of my life.

As a youngster growing up in the 50,s and 60,s my father had a blues Cafe, my mother would make fish dinners there, those were good times, and watching the old men get so drunk listening to the blues, they would grab their hankerchief and actually be crying,as I got older I begin to feel their pain

My uncle is a Blues musician and he owned a Barbecue kitchen inside of a blues bar. Whenever BB came to sing I had the honor of fixing him a healthy Cat fish platter or Bbq smorgasbord, while he let me fiddle with Lucille behind closed doors, every time they played together
