It's astonishing this song has so few views, I feel like I'm floating above the world as i listen to this, rising above the world's conflicts into blissful oblivion. Di Meola's songs have such an amazing essence to them
What a perfect, most sensational, most sensitive, most eloquent, most cerebral, most human, most majestic opening to a most outstanding album of all time.
This album plus DiMeola's Grande Passion album could very well be heard together for some of his best 'World Sinfonia' (with just one or more musicians) efforts. I still think Al should have done the Diabolic Inventions "solo" record without a beat, as he did with his Heart of the Immigrants' edition of Milonga del Angel. Or, at most, got Hernan Romero to accompany him. Or Mario Parsimano.
