My favorite Agalloch song ever. A couple of months ago, I met John Haughm at a Paradise lost concert in Portland and I dared to ask him about Agalloch and he said is been a few years since they talked at all, currently they don't speak to him, so Agalloch is done forever and also he told me that doesn't even remember how to play and sing the songs anymore. It was sad to hear all of that, so I told him what Agalloch means to me and he was nice about it. I told him no to forget about people like me who still listen to Agalloch almost every day, he said he won't forget it and he appreciated my words because that means his existence wasn't in vain, what a talk.

In Gaelic folklore, hawthorn (in Scottish Gaelic, sgitheach and in Irish, sceach) 'marks the entrance to the otherworld' and is strongly associated with the fairies.[28]

An original song. Kind of sounds stuck in my head a little. My daughter loves it. We love it from the bottom of our hearts. You should name your next one Gone Zombie Moon Fate! As soon as I heard your name I knew you were special.

"Yo, moriré, y nadie se acordará de mí x2 de mi... sí, Lis. Yo me acordaré de tí, e iré a verte al cementerio con una flor y un perro. Y en tu funeral cantaré, en voz baja: Qué bonito es un entierro." "I, will die, and no one will remember me x2 (think) on me... yes, Lis. I will remember you, and I will go to see you to the graveyard with a flower and a dog. And I will sing undertoned in your funeral: How pretty are funerals."
