This song has so many meanings. I lost my constant companion of 15 years this summer. He brought to me a meaning I had never known before in my life. He came when I felt lost and helpless. He was a small cuddly little puppy. He turned into a beautiful loving and endlessly happy dog animal. He brought back my life. I'll meet you at the rainbow bridge Max! I love you and miss you, RIP!

June 18th, 2009 my husband of 38 years left for a trip to Brussels, on his way home he had a heart attack and passed away. He was a Captain for Continental and was flying a 777 into Newark. He was my rock and now 4 years later I still sit and listen to this song every night before I go to bed. I still miss him as much today as I did then. RIP my sweetheart.

My wife left me in summer. August 28th. I should say my beautiful bride of 47 years did not leave me she was stolen away by cancer. It is so hard being half of what you used to be. I miss her so.
