I was present for the creation of this song - My wife and I lived on the lower floor of a 2 story structure at The Cove Apartments in Tiburon, California. His piano was located right above our den and I never missed a note lying on my back on a thick Chinese carpet. Don't think we spoke much, it was more of a nodding of heads passing each other in the parking lot. He seemed a nice man.
