People are ridiculous. "Lift A Sail" is a genius album. Unfortunately some of the Yellowcard's fan-base is not grown enough to know that bands tend to grow up and try new things. That's what happened on this album. Yellowcard have grown and the same happened to their sound.

"Make Me So" and "One Bedroom" are amazing. I'm really happy you got those out there first. About Transmission Home and Crash the Gates, i hope they are just random titles on the CD and not meant as singles or something, because they are good, but not great in my Opinion. I hope theres still some really good stuff on the CD we havent heard yet. But dont get me wrong, I still love every second of every new song, just wanted to get this out there :)

Yellowcard didn't make this album for their old fans. They made this album to expand their fan base, to create music everyone can enjoy! There are songs with violin solos on this album. Convocation, the first track on the album, which is actually an intro, features an incredible violin solo by Sean Mackin that will have your eyes paralyzed to the amazing sound of the violin. You think you can judge an album by 4 songs? Please people, this album still has 9 other songs! I can assure that if you love rock and good music you will love the rest of this record!
