This is the sound of waking up around sunrise, during the middle of demonic dreams. Realizing that today will NOT be better than yesterday unless you cast the demons out. Much love to Xasthur, this music is great for exposing curses (so you can break them) to me...i know many BM fans will see differently, but whatever, use this musical weapon how you see fit. Rock on brothers and sisters

This is really an excellent Xasthur record. Better than some of the main releases IMO

One thing I love about Scott's music are the keyboard parts. So beautiful and melancholy. Really adds to the depressive atmosphere.

What a powerful collection of music! So dark, swirling and majestic in it's misery.

Xasthur makes me wanna blow my brains out with a 10 gauge shotgun ...may the spray of my brain feed the plants in my room provided the gloom of the room doesn't provide a move toward their doom...now I'm dead without a head whatever will I do? It seems to me the easy way out is not the simple route for I have been played the fool...what a cruel rule to follow feeling all hollow I should have died at birth but instead I will feel the pain and live with the curse...life by my own rules ( dies, laughter rises to a deafening roar)
