I'm leaving tomorrow to try to catch the wind
And no one will wonder who I am again
Don't question why
Of all the things I do
When I come back, will you be my friend?
Yes and I know
You can't live forever
But I've got to be on my way
I can't take you with me
But I will return again someday
I'll walk by your window
And I'll wonder where you've gone
When you have left for yours
And I've come back for you
That's when I'll know if I've done you wrong
I still remember the day almost 25 years ago when i first heard this. I had known about the record for a while but didn't think I would ever get a copy but one turned up in a local record shop and was lucky enough to grab it. I hopped on my bike and pedaled home as quickly as I could to listen to it. I am still impressed as hell by it and I still have never heard a better rock singer than Doug Brown. This is is a monumental work. Amazing.
Good memories, they know why. This is how to listen the best Paul Quinn riffs gathered at one song, incredible stuff, awesome band! Never tired of this truly jewel, just strings and pure Heart!
