Such a good song, but a little disappointed in the video. The atmospheric imaging was quite hypnotizing and was centralized perfectly. However, it doesn't really give off the melancholic vibe the song expresses. Seems the character's facial features were a bit over emphasized. The only thing that stood out from the character's facial imaging was the maze paint. It's almost reminiscent of individual labeling, and the way he tried wiping it off seemed like he was trying to rid of his label. Maybe this has some racial or sexuality theme? I think the video could have done a lot better if it had more theatrical elements such as the scenes of him reflecting and running away, or giving some surrealistic plot. Very few elements were good, but I think the melancholic aspect of the song wasn't expressed as much.
