does anyone know who did the vocals on this song or on any of the songs on this record I know in one or two of them malefic did vocals but I don't recognize the others as I'm not very familiar with USBM

As soon as you listen to Weakling - "Dead As Dreams" your mind will soon change, best US Black Metal album ever. It was their one and only album too. This was the standout track on the very first Twilight album the rest of the album was pretty unremarkable in my opinion.
Although they have changed a lot with band members leaving and new ones coming in, I think that their new style and sound is a lot better to be honest.
