It's beautiful to see the hip-hop's artists taking these samples to make their beats and music, but there's nothing like the original recordings wit'a lotta of feeling and originality. We need to respect the forefathers and legends of music, and I think it's a shame when somebody make a dumb ass tune sampling a classic.
Much props to Ice Cube who made a lotta of youngstas pay attention and recognize the value of artists like The Isley Brothers.
