we still play this tune live, w ton of instrumentals from59,s 60,s . younger folks today really dig it n ask alot about the sings,i learned them from 45,s n keep moving needle back on record player n learn the parts bit by bit...alot fun I had that way,like the play along w the ventures LP,s daltin put out way back ...miss pre internet days...still have my vinyl n still play most of the 500+++. thanks for post...
The (four) frantics were a mid 50s to mid 60s instrumental group from Seattle. Their music was, jazz, rhythm n blues and rock n roll influenced but with a "teen-pop" feeling. Their first 45' single was "Straight Flash / Young blues" in 1959. They also played as a back up group for Bobby Darin.
