I know this is Smokey Robinson's Quiet Storm but when I was a child, just about every evening when it was our bedtime, my mom had a habit of leaving the radio on for a little bit and I could always hear it playing from the living room. There was a radio program called " The Quiet Storm" that came on and this was the intro. Doc Winters the host, had this deep sensual voice and Smokey would sing, "Quiet Storm." Yes, those were the days. I think Magic 108 has been reduced to playing rap music day and night, if I am not mistaken, in my part of Illinois. This really brings back memories and very fond ones at that.
