Her ghost hides
In my mind
In the night
In a way she’s haunting me
I’m wanting her still
Thru rose colored skies
Or blue, blue moonlight
There’s miracles on high
She’s walking by When I look at you i’ve got a 2nd chance
Really need to have you now
One by one they fall it always breaks me down
The quiet
Cuts me thru
The candle burnt
The knife has turned
The pain withers
Alive I know deep inside
When I look at you i’ve got a second chance
Even my mother thought this was a great song. She comes from a line of 5 generations of gospel singers. TY ST I plade this for her and she loved it. She said OMG rock music with actual harmony. TY i will never forget her expression. I know it's not much but I love you guys please please reunite give us one last tour of ST.
Loved being in my early 20's during the 90's. It truly reminded me of the 70's when I was a child. The singers were the songwriters in both decades. Great song.
Her ghost hides
In my mind
In the night
In a way she's haunting me
I'm wanting her still
Through rose colored skies
Or blue, blue moonlight
There's miracles on high
She's walking by
When I look at you I've got a 2nd chance
Really need to have you now
One by one they fall it always breaks me down
The quiet
Cuts me through
The candle burnt
The knife has turned
The pain withers
Alive I know deep inside
When I look at you I've got a second chance
Really need to take it now
One by one they fall it always breaks me…
'Her ghost hides, in my mind, in the night, in a way she's haunting me, I'm wanting her still. Through rose coloured skies, through blue blue moonlight and miracles on high, she's walking by' ..... Astounding lyrics, simple words put together in such a beautiful order. Visceral, poetic, timeless.
