This group was so close to major stardom. I think the problem was timing. They came along when new wave was coming in and the soft rock style of the 70s was going out. There is no question about the songwriting. Really top notch, but again the Reo Speedwagon type of sound was getting weary. Only the established groups of the genre held on with a couple of exceptions, like Toto for example.
In the eighties I was going out with someone call Tony Williams we loved each other to bits until his mum stuck her noise in she told him to stop seeing me or find some were else to live so he had know choice but phone me to tell me it was over we were both sobbing down the phone it was heart breaking but we did meat for the last time at a pub Tony told the DJ who was doing the disco to play sad cafe every day hurts we hugged each other and cried in each others arms for the last time then left the pub in a blue van that night will live with me for ever miss you Tony and I still love you
