i was like number 600. the needle lies is a true story, and yes iam speaking from experience iam a former heroin and oxycotin user, i wasent much of a shooter i mainly snorted them. this song tells the truth about heroin, sometimes i miss it but i havent taken any opiods which is heroin or painpills.
