I showed my teacher this song back in 7th grade. At the time I didn’t think much of it, I just thought it was a good song.
She was going through a divorce at the time and when she listened to all the lyrics I watched her start crying by the end of the song. She said that’s the first time a song had ever impacted her in that way.

When the ambulance come it seems like Nf is still trying his best for the relationship but he needs help aka ambulance when the girl dies the relationship ends. (This is my own thinking of the music video. I do not know if its true so please dont blame me)
