He s my brother, that everyone s heart
No burden is he to bear, that everyone s heart
No burden is he to bear, who knows where He's, i m laden with sadness
if i m laden at all
But i m strong, but i m strong Ain't, we ll get there
He s my brother, he s my brother He, we ll get there
he ain t heavy he s my brother
That everyone s heart, but i m strong
Why not share, if i m laden at all Ain't, while we re on the way to there
That leads us to who knows where, isn t filled with the gladness
He s my brother, who knows where
Isn t filled with the gladness, strong enough to carry him
he s my brother
And the load, of love for one another
he ain t heavy
isn t filled with the gladness
strong enough to carry him
i m laden with sadness
Who knows where, and the load
and the load
and the load
THIS SONG IS ABOUT LOVING/HELPING, WALKING WITH FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER WHY NOT OFFER A HELPING HAND INSTEAD OF TEARING EACH OTHER APART.
I lost one of my brothers this morning. I am heartbroken that he's gone and I will miss him so much. Im struggling with my feelings about being glad he isn't suffering anymore. I love you brother.

I'm 60 and my brother is 57 with Crones Disease, and has had about 16 or more surgeries removing his intestines, as long as he lives, I will make sure his bills are all paid ,as he can't work . He's no burden to me, He's my brother. Our parents are gone and he's all I have left of my family here in Ohio. If I have a dollar , then he has 50 cents. This song brings me to tears .I Love You brother........
50 years ago, this year, I carried my best friend from the spot where he died to the LZ when the Crew Chief asked me if I needed help. I remembered some years before seeing a poster about Boys Town and so I answered:" No thank you, he ain't heavy, he's my brother." Just think about him every day.
What a song and what a man. This song is timeless, especially those who have disabled or sick siblings and those who have suffered loss of their love ones.
now now guys please do not let us fall out, i also like the Hollies version as well, I'm English so i have always been a fan of them, but I'm also a big fan of Neil Diamond, probable you have gathered that, so i like both version though very different in style
