If you are wondering if there is any explicit meaning to the animation, they (the animators) said this in an interview: We wanted to draw an image of a man who wants to escape from the system of military and injustice he was born into. He turns towards literature, aesthetics and dandyism in the early ’60s and gets involved in the same mechanisms of cruelty he once wanted to escape from. Starting with high ambitions and getting stuck in the power structure that is ruling most of [today’s] world is the main story behind it.
