This could be our one shot, intoxicated dreams
Got us through the days that, stayin up til 5 am, is what made us
we just didn t care
we just didn t care
Wondering if this was all we had, up on the rooftop
we just didn t care
That was all we had, nobody believed that Rooftops, intoxicated dreams
The nights that we wasted, wondering if this was all we had
Listening to punk rock, i miss the nights we used to share
That was all we had, that was all we had
we just didn t care
i miss the nights we used to share
Got us through the days that, stayin up til 5 am
always in a haze but
got us through the days that
We just didn t care, listening to punk rock, i miss the nights we used to share
some of those lonely nights
The nights that we wasted, nobody believed that, we just didn t care
Always in a haze but, intoxicated dreams
seemed never ending
go back and get them! i lost the girl of my dreams six years ago. i found out where she worked last year, made the call, told her i think about her everyday and now we are married. don't ever make the mistake of not following your heart

"Up on the rooftop,
listening to Punk Rock.
Nobody believed that,
this could be our one shot
that was all we had.
The nights that we wasted,
got us through the days that,
seemed never ending.
Always in a haze but, T
we just didn't care
No, we just didn't care!"
This just might the perfect anthem for the early 2000s.... those were the days
Honestly though, Pop-punk probably had the perfect thing when it was popular. The late 90s and early 2000s.
It was the perfect time, things weren't too advanced, and the amount of technology was just right. No smartphones.
