Granted it sounds like Poor Black Mattie by RL. I have heard the same structure and riff on another old blues song as well, so cant be sure where it originates from and you know blues; the riffs get transported around. MK being as prolific as can be and having produced such a vast catalog of original material that one cannot blatantly use the word rip off - influenced is more appropriate.
