WOW, IT'S BEEN MANY YEARS. SINCE
I LISTEN TO KENNY BURRELL & IT'S
ALWAYS GREAT TO HEAR FROM
SOME OF THE GREATEST JAZZ MUSICIANS DUE TO THE FACTS
THEY COULD ALWAYS MESMERIZE
AND RELAX TO ENTERTAIN YOUR
MIND, WITH SO MELLOW AND
GREAT TO GIVE YOU PEACE OF MIND
Took me the longest time to realize what this reminded me of, it reminds me of "Black Magic Woman" by Santana (or the other way around, since this was first)
Yeah, I know you're right really. Someone had just been extolling the virtues of this 'great SRV original" so I got a bit carried away. But in hindsight I can see it is a bit of a stupid comment.

(sorry for the double post)
And you wonder WHERE did all that inspiration come from to lay down the bounty of early genius of rock in the 60's.. This came out in 63.. Nuff said...
