I think that some of you are forgetting that in their times, ELP was exactly the same...to much notes...just make a comparision between Pink Floyd/Jethro Tull/King Crimson and ELP and the notes scales are completely insane...the only group for my taste that was similar is Yes...but think about it, objectely ELP has a world of sounds in just one song someone can find it exaggerated...and It was one of the things that kill ELP's music in 70's...various critics had say that: "It's too much". If you want an example...well I have to say that Bitches Crystal is a perfect one...I love the music and the lyrics but if you are a little bit objective sometimes the sounds between the piano, the organ and the synth sounds too saturated. I love ELP as well as Prog Rock, also I like the music of Dream Theater and I consider Jordan one of the best current keyboard/piano/synth/organ players...for me, this cover is GREAT! ok, it's not Emerson's style but it's Jordan's style representation of Emerson...so...YES I LIKE IT.

It's a feast for the ears, really. It's a shame that it has to stand up a comparison to the ELP, because it's actually a very different piece.

It's a cover of a cover of a cover of many basic western themes. And Really good

Best version of Hoedown out there, even better than Shacklett's!

The only counterpart to the unavoidable rush of Jordan's notes is the incredible violin of Goodman, who displays a very good shape here

I get Nostalgia listening to this sound like the old video games I used to play in the 90's.

Many people dont like the excesive use of notes of Jordan, but i think that´s just his style, i dont think is a showoff in any angle. I think that what makes Jordan an amazing keyboard player and artist is not his speed, but sensitivity, that is not for everybody, just as some people will find ELP horrible, some will find it beautiful... and that its not what makes it special.

Simon Phillips rocks the drums… as usual.
