this depicts the blurred line between 1900's new york, with it's classic cars and diners, and today's image. A booming skyline, and millions of people going about their daily lives
Everything about this music is perfection. Especially the little audience soundbites. Close your eyes and it takes you inside a smoke filled, dimly lit 20s entertainment bar with cocktails, tuxedos and a wonderful band playing the background music whilst someone in the room makes a joke...
Oh goodness... I do love these old fashioned 30s, 40s or 50s songs in general and just mixing them with the kind of musical style we have today is just pure and polished eargasm ♥ ♥ ♥
This one goes out to all the zombies around the world, who like me can only fall asleep after 4am. This song honestly helps. Plug your headphones on, lay on your back, close your eyes, and listen. Don't think, just listen. At the end of the song, close your laptop and stop using your phone, and if you're lucky, you'll fall asleep.

It's unusual, but this song got me through a really rough patch in life. Lots of late drives home, working two jobs. Just going and going, for so long that I'd forget who I was at times. This tune was like a comforting pat on the back that wordlessly promised me that everything would be better one day.
Doing a lot better nowadays, and this track reminds me of just how much better, and still gives me some peace when I need it.
