The thing I kind of admire about these guys, other than the obvious fact that they are an absolutely kick-ass live act, is that they are all born-again Christians but refuse to do "Christian music". I am an atheist but I really respect them for keeping the rock-n-roll just that. As the bassist AJ Babcock said, "We never wanted to try to pander to a Christian audience by saying things that necessarily were just kind of, you know, lip service to people. We never want to do that unless it meant something, unless it was in context in a song."

Interesting that they go back to the G7 for the "Money Can't Buy Me Love" line, where The Beatles stayed on F7. It is interesting and improves the song. Despite being different from the studio album, I suspect that is the way The Beatles would have eventually played it live, had they not stopped touring and disbanded. I suspect that this is what a non-dissolved and live performing Beatles would have sounded like in the mid-70s.
