Prog rock manna from heaven - channeled through 1970’s Radio Veronica (pirate radio ship off the Netherlands but audible also in England).

This is one of these songs from my childhood I've been chasing after for years. Good to track it down at 45 :-) Lol Luv and Peace.

First heard this as a kid in the mid 70's as the theme tune to a children's science programme called "Don't ask me" which had Derek Griffiths, David Bellamy, Miriam Stoppard and Magnus Pyke presenting.

Brilliant Dutch band that never got the recognition that they so richly deserved in their era.

A Dutch master! Loved this since I was a wee brat, when my dad bought it home.. He hardly purchased any singles, so he must have really liked this track. Good taste, dad!

I love the way Jan makes the guitar do a little bark at the end of some of his phrases.

one of the best bands ive ever seen and met on numerous occasions ... and no they are nothing like jethro tull .. I suppose its the flute that reminds people of them ... mr van leer is a world class flautist .. it would be great if he and Ian Anderson would play and record something together .. love em.
