I don't know this language, but I still sing the song. It makes me want to dance, dance, dance-it touches my soul.  We need more music that touches the soul.  Music should make us feel!!!

The song is actually a traditional "Uygur" / Turkic song. It is probably a part of shamanic culture. Obviously, amazing ancient Uygur shamanic culture like many others were destroyed by Islam..

My favorite thing about this kind of music is learning what language it's in and what it means from all the comments. It's so cool what we can learn from each other, what cultures can share, through music and the internet

I am a Tatar from Tataristan form Russia. This song is one of popular our folk song of Toroks (Turks). In each good time Tatar girls chant this song and of course there is no language difference between us and Uygurs we are blood brothers. Long Live Altai!
