I almost never cries when watching movies etc. but I can't watch the scene of Annie saying goodbye to (the memory) of her little sister without getting teary-eyed. It's that feeling we all have of missing someone who's passed on and you just want to see them again one more time. Maybe not as they were just before they left but youthful, vital and with a clear mind. To embrace them and tell them that you miss them. And that you love them. But of course... that will never happen. They are gone forever. I think that is why these kind of scenes almost always "works". We all have that pain lying just below the surface and all it takes is a small hint (and some sad music) and it comes flooding back.
I cried ike a baby. My dead ex girlfriend came back from the grave and spoke to me through this scene. It was beautiful. Someday I'll see her again and we will laugh and hug.
This track speaks to me. At first I liked "Blind Spots" more, but then I gradually started preferring this piece. There is something about it, something about the name itself perhaps, it builds an idea in your mind about the music you're listening to. "This Is Goodbye for Us" This title starts everything, starts all the bottled up emotions inside of you.
