This clip inspired me 2 find this LP in a local vinyl store ... as the album right after Atomic Basie, bought this especially 4 the “Cutie” trk. Very brash-sounding album as it was recorded in Capitol’s Studios NYC. The Chicago studios seem 2 produce that lusher sound typical of the real late 50s-early 60s ... custom-made for QuincyJones Arr, EdJones Bass/SonnyPayne Drums/FreddieGreen Gtr.

Way back when, WCBM radio in Baltimore had a feature called Winging the Weather. This was the track they used for a music bed. Nice....cute, too.
