I'm a newbie to boogaloo and latin soul, only been listning to it for a year, but cant get enough :) bet your night was wikid, Theres a boogaloo night on in leeds every saturday, ive been a few times and its great but they dont play enough latin stuff! and the djs never play my requests! lol
It sure is a small world :) I used to go to brighton beach at the cockpit, was such a fab night, I liked the music in the small room near the bar, did some mad dancing in there! :D went to the one in leicester once too which was ace. God that brings back some memories! what happened to brighton beach, is it still going somewhere?

OMG, I probably pestered you to play some bobby valentin! :o Really like that place, used to go there before it was hifi too, think it was called liquid then? seem to remember they always played the A-Team theme as the last song :) will have to go to hifi again soon, they play the best music of any club i've been to round here.
was great wasnt it :) everyone was really up for it, BB was one of the best nights ive been too, and the music in the small room blew me away, was always dying to ask what the tunes were called :) only bad thing about the cockpit was the twonks who thought it was funny to soak the que in a drive by waterpistol shooting, they got me a couple of times the Bstads.. had to trapse into the venue wet through lol
