Very difficult to express how dope this is. . . But I'll try anyway. First off the term beat doesn't even describe the background music. This is legit soul/R&B vibe right here. Like the instrumental could stand alone by itself and still be amazing. You add one of the best lyricist ever on top off all that and I think that's as close to perfection as you could get. Also the Illmatic reference at the end just puts this over the top.
