Blew my mind back when I found out this was the same lead guy in Tripping Daisy. My first thought was "What the hell happened?" How did he go from that to THIS?! I saw The Spree open for David Bowie, August 2004 at Arrowhead Pond. They did a great version of "Ride Captain Ride." But as great as they were, the albums just didn't grab hold of me in the same way their visual presentation did. A lot of the songs are just missing something. It's as if they're all chorus and no verse!
