In my collection of 78s I have another Igelhoff number, "Der Onkel Doktor hat gesagt ich darf nicht küssen" ( The doch told me not to kiss, it would be bad for my weak heart) and "Der Lachfoxtrott" -"Jeder lacht auf seine Weise, der eine laut der andere leise.." ( each one is laughing his own way, one aloud, the other soft..) Both are marked by a rapid succession of short syllables, I wonder how a modern "rapper" would perform those lyrics.
