I saw her with Dick Farina with Rory & Alex McEwan at the Edinburgh Festival in 1962 or 63. Bought an EP from the concert, "Four For Fun" which I have sadly lost!

I remember Carolyn from the folk revival days in the 60s, touring with Ramblin Jack Elliot. Saw her performing on a UK tour again a few years ago, in a small room upstairs at the Portland Vaults pub, Bristol, to a tiny handful of people. What a waste. A great talent.

The most beautiful folksinger ever. Period! She also had a beautiful voice to match her looks as well.

I heard her singing in 1962 or 63 in Old Cabell Hall in Charlottesville, Virginia. Always have liked her and still have an album from back then. I think she was on stage with the New Lost City Ramblers.

Amazing artifacts... the "BIG" movements of the 60s were born out of the Beats, Folk and a very new-feeling counterculture.
