I listened to this in college. Loved the title of the album. I went to Ohio University, and on the way to college from my parents' house, I'd pass a ton of shacks with satellite dishes. Geez, I feel so old all of a sudden.

I think this was my favorite song of theirs - I would play this over and over and still know every single word although I have not heard it in years! So much fun to find this online!

love this song. the line "you're a roomful of sorrow, a spoonful of joy" is so simple yet so complex. the whole song epitomizes so many relationships, yet the desperate continue to hang on...hehe.

Heard this band from a younger friend when I worked at Abbott labs in Illinois. She went to university of indiana.. immediately connected with this group. I'm, listening still 20 years later. I went to a school of hosemanship in West Virginia when I was younger. Drove my firebird through the hills at night. Heard the music played there. So totally real and cool.. this band is one of a kind but not forgotten by me for the memories it brings back and the reality of life in that time.

I discovered this band a few years back when I either bought their CD at a thrift shop or borrowed it from the local library. Sometimes they sound like The Smiths or the Hoodoo Gurus, but they are always unique and amazing.

its very southern i was blesssed to get to live in jacksonville flroida for four years and it was gorgeous. driving home to illinois through all those southern states is a box of calming thoughts, I cherish them. originally im from chi-town and that is where my love for this band started. They are crazy for them there!

I really have to thank you for uploading this two years ago. I only knew their cover of "She Lives in a Time of Her Own" (which I'd heard only once, about ten years earlier), but this song here is what made me actively seek out their albums.
