Someone commented that the way that her voice and she ruined the songs and stories true are you have to charge a complete performance and if you're a performer and your success for a performer that doesn't mean you're the best singer – So when people say oh that wasn't great they must've missed the performance
We in South America spent many an evening at the movies watching these marvelous musicals... I am 78 now and I do remember those American productions....
She can Dress like that, Dance like that and Look like that and the censors changed the line from "use only 4 letter words" to "3 letter words" (at 0:15) Ha! Because 4 letter words were only dirty!?! What fun!
You're right, it was "4 letter words". I can only assume that "standards and practices" in Hollywood found that "4 letter words" was too much for the ladies in Ohio to hear at the matinee in 1956. Fight censorship! LOL
