This album really does Sketch Spain. Best title of an album ever, It really takes me to spain. One of my favorite Miles Davis albums at a tie with Bitches Brew. If I listen to this on repeat while I sleep, I go to Spain in dreamland. The Amazing Buckethead did a very beautiful cover of this specific version. I highly recommend checking it out, called Sketches of Spain (For Miles) on his album Electric Tears.

Watched a program on Channel 5 (UK) last evening on the life of Miles Davis - sensational musician I would think almost a child prodigy.Sensitive - difficult background. But my word, what sensational music he produced over the years. I am listening to this rendering of Concierto de Aranjuez as it is one of my favourite pieces of music but only ever heard played on a guitar. Haunting.
