Probably got a quarter for it, if that — since HalfPrice Books won‘t even tell you if they are just taking it for free, if it‘s on a stack of CDs (store policy of this chain is to not give individual appraisals). If you patronize this particular family-owned chain, you should know much of their sales inventory is simply stolen from people who need to eat, and will take $5 for a collection they can sell for hundreds of dollars. It‘s their business model. An effective one.
