I danced with my beloved Father Jerry to this song on the day I was married in "92. It's probably one of the biggest highlights of my life. It was the magic of that moment on the dance floor as I watched my Dad's eyes filled with tears that I will cherish forever and ever. His love for me on that special day as he held me dear lingers in my heart. I miss him more then words could possibly say. I am and will always be Daddy's little girl.
My father passed away this morning 05/11/14. This song was out in 1967 by Al Martino when I was born and my father bought the album and played it all the time. I still have the album in my collection.
