JESUS!!! I use to run this song over, and over, and over again. This song is much more than a classic. It is apart of me. God I love the Temptations and I still have this album. There are some things that you can not classify and for me it is this iconic song. I will say that.

Excellent classic release from The Temptations with a powerful message, beautifully updated by Nas in his "You Can't Stop Us Now" (which I strongly recommend) featuring Eban Brown from The Stylistics in the Eddie Kendricks role and Abiodun Oyewole from the Last Poets in the background. Also, The Spinners did a decent job with their cover of this tune (augmented by Pervis Jackson's sinister laugh) since Motown decided that releasing this as a single on The Tempts might jeopardize their crossover appeal. Great quality sound (HQ) by the way!
