Remember when mainstream music had a lot of original musicians putting out ALBUMS-worth of listenable material? Not just singles.

My sister surprised me with this CD when it first came out. She bought it when she landed her first really good job. I was totally caught off guard be the gift. I loved it! Now that she is about to die from cancer I truly now what infinite sadness really is....

Embrace the pain, it's easier than running from it.

My wife walked the isle to my friend playing this song on the piano at sundown on the beach. It was beautiful..

This entire album is nothing short of an alternative rock masterpiece. It might quite possibly be one of the greatest albums that ever came out of the 90s.

When my mom was dying, I listened to this CD over and over. That time is in time for me. I'm thankful for this. I played it at her memorial. It's for beginnings and ends, I think.

i skipped school the day this came out, took the bus to the record store, got there 5 minutes before it opened and was the first to buy it. got it home and was so excited to hear brand new shit from start to finish... so different from siamese dream. a time when there were no online leaks/ pictures/ info, etc. you got the album wholly (holy? ;) and made what you would of it... great double album concept & masterpiece...

There's something about songs like these that are something beyond music, it's spiritual energy, inner sadness, something not even explainable. Moments like these are worth more than money and I know there's a greater purpose for us out there. I know there's more to life than this materialistic world. Most are blind but I thank God for giving me the opportunity to SEE. I wouldn't trade my experiences for anyone's even the richest man in the world. I love each and every one of you.
