The boys are all in top form on this album and Mick outdoes himself. Best he's sounded in years!

Charlie Watts was always a great drummer for The Stones -- but on this collection, he is quite the drummer. Nothing stale, everything inspired. His playing a little jazz throughout the years elsewhere has sharpened his skill. Legendary jazz drummer Buddy Rich once said on a TV talk show when the Rolling Stones were playing in town -- that Charlie wasn't a great drummer but he could spin his sticks nicely in the air -- I think Buddy would be proud of Charlie today. He has come a long way from the early days. Actually, everyone is playing quite excellently on all these tracks. Jagger sounds better than ever. May even be because he's driven by these fine musicians. There is nothing old about this performance. Great album.

The Stones still got it. They sound amazing. Jagger is so underrated as a harp player.
