I had the great pleasure of playing bass with Isaac in the late 80's early 90's. Back when Larry's Greenfront and other venues in Pioneer square were hoppin with good blues bands.
My good friend Charles and I saw Issac many times at the Firehouse and the Owl Cafe in Ballard Wa., along with David Brewer....I now live in Medford Or. and miss the Blue days of the FAT CAT and Blue Monday!!
When I was 14 our jr high band teacher arranged for Issac Scott to play for our whole school. He was in a wheel chair by then, but just KILLED it! It was a pretty important moment in my life, it woke up a love for blues in me.
this guy is pretty good, cool that he is from seattle. i live in seattle and ive never heard of him. his guitar sounds a hell of a lot like robert cray
Saw Isaac Scott in the Fire House in Ballard Washington back in 1987, with a good friend Charles Mahan. Isaac's what a I call a thumb picker(no pick) and he was very good....Seattle, back in the day had some great Blues...Fremont Tavern, Owl Cafe and the Fire House and down in Pioneer Square!!!
